Partners! we need your help! It’s one of the largest training events we’ve ever hosted. It will strategically MULTIPLY the kingdom work happening across Southeast Asia! Media missionaries from Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea and more will be converging in Baguio, Philippines, for the Asia Institute for Media in Ministry (AIMM), April 9-14, 2018. We will be offering classes covering specialized areas of media production as well as courses equipping leadership to utilize media in the church better. To assist participants from churches with great financial need, we are asking if you could partner with us to provide AIMM Media Missionary scholarships. The cost of the program for one week is $170, which includes accommodation, food, and training. We’re asking people to take care of their airfare expenses. Can you prayerfully consider today sponsoring one or more “half” scholarships ($85) for Filipino participants or full scholarships ($170) for those coming from out of the country? Media training gets people more interested and involved. It allows them to see how much more effective it can be in the work of the ministry and in getting His message to the bigger public. I’m excited to see the results that will come out of the training we get.
It’s surprising how social media is impacting our generation today. As Christians, we have to use this platform to introduce Jesus Christ. Social media also helps others to know what we are doing. I know it will really help our organization grow and do more for the kingdom of God.
